NCLAT: Can’t Submit Claim after Approval of RP if Creditor was Aware of Initiation of CIRP - 05.05.2025

NCLAT New Delhi bench has held that a creditor cannot submit a claim after the Resolution Plan has been approved by the Committee of Creditors if the creditor was well aware of the initiation of the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) against the corporate debtor.
