SC: Prior Service Must Not be the Basis of Seniority in Direct Recruitment through Exam - 05.05.2025

Supreme Court has observed that when recruitment has been done on the basis of an examination then seniority must be based on the performance of individuals in the examination and not by taking into account their past services.
