SC: Unless Extraordinary Circumstances Exist, Bail Should be Granted for Offences u/s 132 CGST Act - 02.05.2025

Supreme Court has observed that person accused of committing offences under Section 132 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 should normally be granted bail unless there are some extra ordinary circumstances.
