Delhi HC: Fights in Marriage or Family Do Not Amount to Offence of Abetment to Suicide - 01.05.2025

Delhi HC has held that fights in marriage or family do not amount to offence of abetment to suicide under Section 306 of IPC and it is for the Court to see whether the conduct of the accused was such that a normal person, not merely a hyper sensitive one, would have been driven to suicide.
