AP HC Upholds Validity of Rule 18 of AP Civil Pensions (Commutation) Rules - 01.05.2025

AP HC while upholding the validity of Rule 18 of the AP Civil Pensions (Commutation) Rules stipulating restoration of commuted portion of pension after 15 years from effective date of commutation, has held that parties having derived benefit from the scheme cannot be permitted now to challenge it.
