SC: Once Employee is Regularised, Contractual Service Must Count Towards Pension - 01.05.2025

Supreme Court has held that upon regularization of employee, the Pension Rules become applicable and under Rule 17 of the Central Civil Services (Pension) Rules, 1972 past service as a contractual employee is to be taken into account for calculating pension.
