SC: Can Allow Examination of Additional Witness as Prosecution Witness - 29.04.2025

SC has observed that if Court finds that a person should have been examined as a prosecution witness and he/she was omitted from the list of witnesses due to some oversight the Court may allow the application of the prosecution and such a person can be examined as a prosecution witness.
