J&K HC: Without Gazette Notification PF Coverage is 'Non Est' in Law - 28.04.2025

J&K HC has held that proceedings regarding registration of a cooperative society under J&K Employees' Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1961 are non est in the eyes of law unless a notification under Section 1(4) of the act is issued.
