Bombay HC: Arbitration Clause Giving Unilateral Power Does Not Render the Agreement Invalid - 25.04.2025

Bombay High Court has observed that a clause in an arbitration agreement giving option to only one party to opt out of the agreement is not invalid per se and such agreement can be saved either by eliminating the option or by giving bilateral rights.
