SC: 3 yr Limita. Applies in Suit for Deed Cancellation & Possession as Cancellation Primary Relief - 25.04.2025

SC has reiterated that when a composite suit is filed for cancellation of sale deed as well as for recovery of possession, limitation period is required to be considered with respect to substantive relief of cancellation of sale deed which would be 3 years.
