Delhi HC: Intention of Section 21 POCSO is to Prevent Suppression of Crimes - 24.04.2025

Delhi High Court has observed that the intention behind Section 21 of the POCSO Act, 2012 is to prevent suppression of sexual offences and not to penalize victims who despite personal vulnerabilities, report the crime ultimately.
