P&H HC Directs SSP to Respond on Serious Allegation of Custodial Violence by Punjab Police - 23.04.2025

The Punjab and Haryana HC, while taking note of serious custodial violence and brutal torture, has a sought response from SSP by way of an affidavit and directed PGIMER Chandigarh to form a medical board to examine alleged injuries inflicted by Punjab Police on the Petitioner.
