SC: After Bar Council term Ends, Muslim Member Appointed on that Ground Can't Remain on Waqf Board - 23.04.2025

The Supreme Court has observed that a person appointed as a member of the State Waqf Board by virtue of being a Muslim member of a State Bar Council cannot continue to be a member of the Waqf Board after end of his term in Bar Council.
