SC: Compensation must be Directly Transferred to Road Accident Victims and Workmen - 23.04.2025

Supreme Court has directed High Courts to frame practice directions to ensure that compensation paid to the claimants under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 and Workmen Compensation Act, 1932 must be directly credited to the bank accounts of claimants.
