IP Office Declares Starbucks, NDTV and Economic Times as Well-Known Trademark - 22.04.2025

Intellectual Property Office has declared Starbucks, New Delhi Television (NDTV) and Economic Times as well-known trademark. Process of designating a trademark as "well-known" in India follows a procedure under Rule 124 of the Trade Marks Rules, 2017.
