NCLAT: NCLT Can’t Carry Out Rectification Without Providing Hearing Opportunity to Parties - 21.04.2025

NCLAT Chennai bench has held that if an order has been uploaded on the website it is considered to be on public domain and NCLT cannot rectify or amend the order without giving the opportunity of being heard to all affected parties.
