Allahabad HC: Tender Condition Allowing Restriction Can’t be Considered Arbitrary - 21.04.2025

All. HC has observed that allowing only existing pellet manufacturers having their plant location in NCR region to participate in the tender process is to reduce stubble burning and air pollution in the NCR region. The condition in the tender cannot be considered to be arbitrary and discriminatory.
