Supreme Court: Principle of Res Judicata Applicable on Criminal Proceedings - 21.04.2025

Supreme Court has observed that principle of res judicata applies to criminal proceedings and the Court recording findings of fact would be binding on both parties in any subsequent proceedings involving the same issue.
