SC Takes Objection of Allahabad High Court Order Blaming Victim in Rape Case - 16.04.2025

Supreme Court has taken objection to an order passed by Allahabad High Court that granted bail to a rape accused while observing that the victim "herself invited trouble" for the alleged act of rape.
