SC Stays J&K HC Order Directing Reduction in Toll-Fee Until Completion of Entire Road - 16.04.2025

Supreme Court has stayed an order passed by Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court that directed reduction in toll-fee until the completion of construction on the Lakhanpur–Udhampur stretch on the ground that collection of toll was unfair if the road was in bad shape.
