Tamil Nadu Government Notifies Acts on Basis of ‘Deemed Assent’ of Governor - 15.04.2025

Tamil Nadu Government has notified ten State Acts on the basis of a judgment of Supreme Court that declared the laws as “deemed to have been assented” to by Governor.
