SC: 5 States File Applications Showing Support to Waqf Amendment Act 2025 - 15.04.2025

In petitions challenging the Waqf Amendment Act, 2025, the States of Assam, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh, Uttarakhand and Maharashtra have filed intervention applications in the Supreme Court showing their support to the legislation.
