NCLAT: For Filing Appeal, Limitation Period Begins from Pronouncement Date if Substa. Order Passed - 14.04.2025

NCLAT New Delhi bench has held that if substantive order is passed on the date of pronouncement then limitation period for filing appeal shall begin from date of pronouncement.
