AP HC: AP Prison Rules Do Not Limit Quantum of Life Sentence - 14.04.2025

AP HC while holding that life imprisonment means that prisoner shall be incarcerated for remaning natural life, has observed that S. 57 of IPC & Rule 320(a) of A.P Prison Rules do not reduce sentence of life imprisonment nor create a right on prisoner to be released before the end of natural life.
