Kerala High Court: Channels and Media to be More Vigilant While Giving News - 14.04.2025

Ker. HC has urged channels to be more vigilant while giving news items and stated that by publishing and telecasting mere allegations, channels and media are boosting up the intention of person who made allegations with intention to tarnish image of the person against whom such allegations are made.
