Supreme Court: Can Pass Judgment on Admission Made Outside the Pleadings - 11.04.2025

Supreme Court while clarifying the legal position under Order XII Rule 6 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 has held that the Court can pass judgment on admission at any stage of the suit relying on even those oral or written admissions that are made outside the pleadings.
