J&K HC: No Violation of Detenue’s Rights for Non-Disclosure of Confidential Intel in Public Interest - 10.04.2025

Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has observed that merely because confidential information was not provided to detenue for public interest, it cannot be stated that constitutional and statutory rights of the detenue have been violated so as to entail quashment of the impugned order.
