SC: Endorsement Necessary in DL for Driving Vehicle Carrying Dangerous or Hazardous Goods - 10.04.2025

Supreme Court has observed that it is mandatory to have an endorsement in the driving license under Rule 9 of Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989 in order to drive a vehicle carrying any dangerous or hazardous goods.
