SC Pulls Up Centre for Failing to Frame Scheme for Cashless Treatment of Road Accident Victims - 10.04.2025

Supreme Court has slammed the Central Government for failing to frame a scheme for cashless treatment of road accident victims immediately after an accident as required under Section 162(2) of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
