NCLAT: Can’t Entertain Petition u/s 7 on Basis of Guarantee Invoked During Prohibited Period - 09.04.2025

NCLAT New Delhi bench has held that an application under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 cannot be maintained if guarantee is invoked during the period prohibited under Section 10A of IBC.
