NCLAT: Serving Notice on E-Mail Provided in Section 7 Petition is Sufficient Compliance - 09.04.2025

NCLAT New Delhi bench has held that serving notice on the e-mail address provided in petition under Section 7 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 is sufficient compliance with Rule 38(1) of the NCLT Rules.
