SC: 3 Judge Bench Dismisses Appeals of Candidates to Submit Caste Certificates Beyond Cut-Off Date - 09.04.2025

Supreme Court has dismissed appeals filed by certain candidates who were denied appointment at the post of Civil Judge by the Rajasthan High Court on the ground that the candidates submitted their caste certificates after the cut-off date.
