NCLAT: Assets Reflecting in Corporate Debtor’s Balance Sheet form Part of Liquidation Estate - 07.04.2025

NCLAT New Delhi bench has held that assets reflecting in the Corporate Debtor’s balance sheet form part of the liquidation estate under Section 36 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC).
