SC: In Absence of Prayer for Declaratory Relief, Suit for Specific Performance is Not Maintainable - 07.04.2025

Supreme Court has observed that in absence of a prayer for declaratory relief that termination/cancellation of the agreement is bad in law, a suit for specific performance is not maintainable.
