SC: Where Judgment Pronounced in Open Court, Limitation Period Starts Running from that Very Day - 07.04.2025

SC has observed that the incident which triggers limitation period to commence under IBC is the date of pronouncement of order and in case of non-pronouncement of order when hearing concludes. However, where judgment was pronounced in open Court, limitation period starts running from that very day.
