J&K HC: Limitation for Challenging Award Starts after Signed Copy is Received by Party - 04.04.2025

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has held that limitation period for challenging an award would start only after the signed copy is received by the party seeking to challenge the award as the delivery of a signed copy of the arbitral award is the mandatory requirement under the A&C Act, 1996.
