Bom. HC: Can’t Evict Tenants Under Arbitration Act if Occupying Premises Falling under DA - 03.04.2025

Bombay HC has observed that tenants occupying premises that fall under Development Agreement cannot be evicted under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
