SC Issues Notice in YouTuber’s Plea to Quash Criminal Proc. for Disclosing Identity of POCSO Victim - 02.04.2025

Supreme Court has issued notice on a plea filed by a YouTuber for quashing criminal proceedings initiated against him for disclosing victim’s identity in a POCSO Case. The Court stayed the trial and stated that the police authorities appeared to be ‘persecuting’ the accused.
