SC: Can Summon Additional Accused on Basis of Witness Statement Without Cross-Examination - 02.04.2025

Supreme Court has observed that additional accused can be summoned on the basis of unrebutted examination-in-chief of the witness without the need to wait for conclusion of cross-examination.
