Bombay HC: No Leniency in Mandatory Attendance Rule for College Student with Attendance Shortfall - 04.07.2016

Bombay High Court while dismissing a petition filed by city college student has held that the responsibility of taking care of grandparents because parents have demanding jobs is not a good reason for student to not attend college and then seek leniency in the 75% mandatory attendance rule.
