Rajasthan HC: Decision to Close Hostel Mess Due to Covid Won’t Amount to Abolition of Post - 01.04.2025

Rajasthan High Court while directing reinstatement of hostel-mess workers of a school, has observed that closing the hostel due to spread of COVID19 Pandemic does not amount to abolition of the post held by mess workers.
