SC to Custom Authorities: Upgrade Lab Facilities for Proper Testing of Disputed Articles - 31.03.2025

Supreme Court while reversing the confiscation of imported goods labeled as “Base Oil SN 50” classified as “High Speed Diesel (HSD)” has directed Custom authorities to upgrade lab facilities within six months to ensure full IS-Standard testing and prevent further disputes.
