SC on Abetment to Suicide: There Must be Close Proximity Between Instigation by Accused & Suicide - 31.03.2025

Supreme Court while observing that there must be a proximity between positive act of instigation by accused person and commission of suicide by victim has upheld the quashing of an abetment to suicide case against business partner of deceased who committed suicide alleging harassment by accused.
