J&K HC: Delay in Considering Detenue’s Representation Breaches Statutory Requirements - 27.03.2025

Jammu and Kashmir High Court has held that if there is a delay of more than three months in considering a detenue's representation, it breaches statutory requirements under Section 13 of the J&K Public Safety Act, 1978 and renders the detention invalid.
