J&K HC Adopts SOPs by Supreme Court regarding Appearance of Govt. Officials in Court Proceedings - 27.03.2025

Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh High Court has issued a notification adopting the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) with regard to personal appearance of Government Officials in court proceedings, as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
