SC: Govt. Employee Transferred at Request Will Have to be Accommodated in Transferred Post - 27.03.2025

SC has observed that if a Govt. employee is transferred at his own request, such employee will have to be accommodated in transferred post, subject to claims & status of other employees at the transferred place, as their interests cannot be varied in absence of any public interest in the transfer.
