MP HC Clarifies that Hindu Marriage Act Applies to Jain Community - 26.03.2025

Madhya Pradesh High Court has clarified that Jain community would be governed by the provisions of Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 even though it is recognized as a minority community vide a central government notification.
