Ker. HC: Can’t Consider Expert's Report as Formal Substitute for Section 65B(4) of Evidence Act - 26.03.2025

Ker. HC has stated that an expert's report cannot be considered as a formal substitute for Section 65B(4) of the Indian Evidence Act, 1872 certificate in the eyes of law since, they serve two different purposes.
