Tel. HC: Can Challenge Order Rejecting Jurisdictional Objections under Section 34 - 26.03.2025

Telangana High Court has observed that challenge to an order rejecting jurisdictional objections under Section 16 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 can be done only under Section 34 of the Act and no writ petition can be entertained.
