AP HC: Can’t Call Proceedings before Registrar as Arbitral Proceedings - 26.03.2025

Andhra Pradesh High Court has observed that proceedings held before the Registrar under A.P. Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 cannot be termed as arbitral proceedings and no provision of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 would apply to such proceedings.
